Street UK Services provides loan and fund management services to providers of alternative finance.

Our business support services allow you to focus on customer acquisition and management, we manage all cash management processes including loan setup, perfection of security, disbursal of funds, setup of Direct Debits, processing and allocation of inbound payments, reconciliation and repatriation of funds including the provision of monthly client account statements.

The services we provide include:

PROVISION OF LOAN ADMINISTRATION PLATFORM (StreetSERVE)

Street UK (CIC) developed a back-office loan portfolio administration known as StreetSERVE, the system was initially designed to manage enterprise and personal loans through a complete cycle, from enquiry, application through to loan management and redemption.

It has since been developed for specific markets such as secured 1st, 2nd charge mortgages, Peer to Peer (P2P) and custodian services.

LOAN SERVICING

In addition to providing StreetSERVE business customers may opt to have loan servicing, this includes loan setup and perfection of any security, disbursement of funds, managing collections, repatriations of funds and periodic reporting together with processing any redemptions.

Part of this service includes automated collections via Direct Debit, periodic issuance of regulatory notices and annual statements.

STANDBY SERVICING

Our Standby Service is available to businesses that wish to have an effective and compliant solution available when required. The service encompasses an initial review in which a full data transfer is imported onto our systems and reconciled.

ARREARS MANAGEMENT

Early stage arrears management services are provided by a dedicated Collections Team for accounts where Street UK manage loan repayment collection services, upon receipt of a unpaid advice we will invoke our arrears process which includes;

- Email, Letter and SMS notification to borrower with 24 hours of unpaid advice

- Subsequent follow-up and regular attempts to make contact every 3-5 days

- Letters of escalation including ‘No Contact’, No Agreement’, ‘Referral to 3rd party Debt Collection Agency’ and;

- Regulatory notices such Notice of Sum in Arrears (NSA), Default Notice and Formal Demand.

DATA SECURITY

Street UK Services operates its Direct Debits in accordance with Direct Debit Scheme Rules and Regulations and acts in accordance with any applicable governing policies and regulations.

All client funds are held in a Trust Account with our banking partners, funds are segregated in virtual Client Bank Accounts to prevent any cross-contamination of funds.

Street UK Services regards the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to the successful and efficient performance of its functions, and to maintain confidence between those with whom it deals.

All of our servers are housed in a Tier 3 security data centre which provides the following services;
